Ultra King is a standout from our early Pink Kush family work, taking 3rd place at the Treating Yourself Cup in Toronto (Compassion Club category) alongside our Early Purple Kush winning 1st. It also claimed Best Hash at the 2005 ICMAG 420 Cup, proving its elite resin production and hash-making potential.

This was the initial post-Amsterdam evolution toward what became known as Island Pink (or post-Amsterdam Pink Kush), and it marked the last hybrid made with the original clone-only King before that legendary cut was lost—until our recent revival with King BX3 IBL.

We created Ultra King as an F1 hybrid by crossing an MK Ultra male (a potent indica from G13 x original OG Kush, with a terp profile and high closest to King) with the pure, clone-only King mother (the foundational Pakistani landrace line behind the entire Pink Kush dynasty). MK Ultra amplified King’s signature Kushy depth, fuel-earth sweetness, and heavy-hitting body stone.

Ultra King remains one of the very best King hybrids we’ve produced: overlooked due to Pink Kush’s massive popularity, but the clone we won awards with (and shared widely) often got mislabeled as plain Pink Kush. It’s a true indica-dominant powerhouse with classic Pink family traits—compact structure, massive trichome coverage, heavy yields, and flowering around 8–9 weeks—but with amplified intensity from the MK Ultra influence: deeply relaxing body melt, euphoric happiness, and potential psychedelic edges in bigger doses.
