We bred this hybrid by crossing a standout G13 (the legendary indica-dominant Afghan cut famed for its potent, narcotic body stone and mythical origins) with Nevil’s A5 Haze (the elite late-’80s Dutch Haze clone from Nevil Schoenmakers—Northern Lights #5 x Haze A—known for its devastating, psychedelic cerebral high, old-school incense aromas, and sky-high potency).

Barney’s later description suggested they used an Afghan male on our clone to finalize their release, but the core magic came from this original smash of two classics. The G13 influence shortens the notoriously long A5 flowering window, adds density and grower-friendliness, and keeps resin production massive—while preserving that signature Haze uplift and complexity.
