Description
Sari Pul Afghani is a true, rare landrace we hunted directly in Afghanistan, drawn by persistent stories that the absolute finest hash and hash plants come from east of Mazar-i-Sharif in the Sari Pul region. We were blown away—they were right. These plants showed a unique structure unlike classic Mazar lines: almost hybrid-like with vigorous growth, better internode spacing, and denser colas that hint at ancient selective pressure for resin and quality.
We found four standout plants already carrying nearly mature seeds, selected for that unmistakable leather-and-hashish aroma—deep, animalic, earthy, with rich incense undertones. From an outstanding female among them, we produced a stabilized S1 (selfed seeds) to preserve and share the line. Other breeders we’ve passed her to have used this genetics extensively in their work.
This is by far the best modern Afghan landrace we’ve encountered: pure, seldom-visited regional fire from a remote part of Afghanistan. Expect heavy resin production (a true hash monster), compact-to-medium height with strong branching, and flowering in 7–9 weeks indoors (finishes early-mid October outdoors in northern latitudes). Aromas dominate with leather, aged hash, earthy funk, and subtle spice; flavors follow through with that classic Afghan depth—smooth, pungent, and lingering.
Effects are classic indica-dominant: deeply relaxing body stone, euphoric calm, pain relief, and appetite boost, with a happy, grounded head high that avoids heaviness. THC often pushes 20%+ in tested phenos, with exceptional trichome coverage for rosin, bubble, or traditional hand-rubbed hash.
If you’re after authentic, untouched Afghan landrace genetics from one of the world’s premier hash regions—vigorous, resinous, and structurally unique—Sari Pul Afghanistan is the real deal. A holy grail for hash makers, landrace purists, and anyone chasing elite old-school Afghan fire.
